Creggs Minis will welcome Carrick on Shannon to Creggs for a Blitz at U8, U9, U11 and U12 next Saturday with a 10.45am kick off Players be in Creggs for 10.30am.

Creggs U10’s Boys and Creggs Mini girls U12’s will travel to Ballina RFC for the Aviva blitz . All players need to be there by 10.30am and a Bus will travel to the Blitz and times will be text out to all players during the week.

Last weekend Creggs Mini travelled to Monivea RFC for the first blitz of the year. Numbers were small for the first blitz and thanks to all that travelled on the day.

Youth Training:

Creggs U15’s and U16’s training will be on Thursday night at 7pm
Creggs U13’s and u14’s training is Friday night at 7pm.

Youth Fixtures:

Creggs U13’s had a big win over Castlebar RFC in the U13 League last Saturday morning in Creggs. The lads played some great rugby and scored 10 tries on their way to a 64-12 victory. Next week Creggs u13’s travel to Buccaneers RFC in Athlone for their next league game with a 12.30pm Kick off.(To be confirmed).

Creggs U14’s travelled to Galwegians RFC last Saturday for a league match and lost to a strong Galway outfit. The lads then went to the Connacht V Toulouse Champions Cup game in the Sportsground and had a great evening. Thanks to all that Travelled.

Creggs U15’s will play Ballina RFC in their next league game away in Ballina next Sunday at 1pm.

Hi Folks,
Creggs Rugby Club are looking to take part in this year’s Big Rugby Run on May 22nd. The event format will see each registered team committing to running the 42-kilometer distance of a full marathon in your club colours – all while carrying a rugby ball! This distance will be completed as a relay, by teams of up to 21 members aged 10 and upwards. This means a Minimum of 2km per runner/walker. This year funds raised are going toward initiatives run by Tackle Your Feelings, a mental health and well-being programme ran by the Rugby Player Ireland foundation.
