
There are four home competitive Connacht League and Cup fixtures down for Creggs next weekend, in addition to Creggs Mini Rugby (Under-8s, Under-9s, Under-10s, Under-11s, and Under-12s) training on Saturday morning. We also have two teams travelling for away cup matches, so another very busy weekend in prospect. Please support all our teams next weekend. In between, we’ll have to find time to watch Ireland play England in the 6-nations later on next Saturday afternoon.
Creggs Seniors Connacht League match v Tuam RFC was cancelled last Sunday due to an unplayable pitch. Our seniors remain top of the Connacht League and continue their campaign v Boys Club in Creggs next Sunday.
Creggs Senior Seconds are also scheduled to play Monivea RFC Seconds in Creggs on Sunday next in the Connacht League. New players always welcome – Training on Tuesday and Friday evenings.
Creggs Minis travelled to Ballyhaunis last Saturday for games against Ballyhaunis RFC and Castlebar. Next weekend, Creggs Minis will train at home in Creggs on Saturday morning at 11am.
Creggs Under-13’s will begin their cup campaign when they travel to Athlone to play Buccaneers RFC in the first round of the Connacht Under-13 Cup at 12pm Sunday.
Under-13 training continues Wednesday at 7pm.
Creggs Under-14’s Connacht Cup game against Corrib was cancelled this weekend and has been rescheduled for 12.30am next Saturday in Creggs.
Creggs Under-15’s will travel to Westport RFC next Sunday for the first round of the Connacht Under-15 Connacht Cup.
Creggs Under-17’s will play Galwegians in the Connacht Under-17 Cup in Creggs, next Sunday at 12pm.
