
CBS Roscommon recorded their second successive victory in the Connacht Junior League last Thursday with a 41 – 0 victory over St Muredachs College from Ballina in Creggs last Thursday.
The first half of this game was very even and CBS could count themselves lucky to go in leading 10-0 after two tries from Edward Clinton, one after 15 minutes and the other on the stroke of half time.
The second half was a much more one sided affair and CBS were starting to take control up front and crating spaces out wide and they scored 5 tries during this period from Eoghan Coyle, James Brandon, Brian Diffley and another from Edward Clinton, two of which were converted by Shane Purcell and one was converted by Michael Farrell.
