Creggs Girls Under-18 Scored Big Away Cup Win


Westport RFC 17, Creggs RFC 49.

Creggs Under-18 Girls travelled to Westport last Saturday morning for their Connacht Cup Quarter-Final and came away with a 7 tries to 3 victory.

The Creggs Under-18 Girls team who had Connacht Cup Q-F win v Westport last weekend.

Played in beautiful conditions near Clew Bay, tries came from Sarah Purcell (3), Rachel Gormley, Eabha Dowd and Aoibhinn Murray and a perfect 7 from 7 of the boot of Eabha Dowd completed the Creggs scoring.

Creggs now will play the winners of Tuam/Oughterard and Ballinasloe in the Connacht Under-18 Cup Semi-Final in Creggs in a couple of weeks time.
