Creggs Under-18.5’s also Castlebar bound


Creggs Under-18.5’s will also play in Castlebar on Saturday evening with a 6pm kick off in the Under-18.5 Connacht A league. Creggs are in joint-second place in this League with a game in-hand on leaders Ballina, who had picked up three uncontested wins early in the season. The top two teams will play in the Connacht League Final in early February.

Training for all senior teams (First, Seconds, Under-20’s & Under-18.5’s) continues. New and returning players always welcome at each grade.

Hi Folks,
Creggs Rugby Club are looking to take part in this year’s Big Rugby Run on May 22nd. The event format will see each registered team committing to running the 42-kilometer distance of a full marathon in your club colours – all while carrying a rugby ball! This distance will be completed as a relay, by teams of up to 21 members aged 10 and upwards. This means a Minimum of 2km per runner/walker. This year funds raised are going toward initiatives run by Tackle Your Feelings, a mental health and well-being programme ran by the Rugby Player Ireland foundation.
