THE AGM OF CREGGS RFC WILL BE HELD ON FRIDAY 30th JULY 2021 AT 8pm. The meeting will be held in the Stand at Creggs Rugby Club adhering to all social distancing protocols pertaining to Covid 19.

AGENDA
(a) Adopt the minutes of the previous AGM.

(b) Receive the reports of the Honorary Secretary,
and
the Honorary Treasurer together with the accounts to the end of the current financial year.

(c) Presidents Address,

(d) Elect Honorary Officers,

(e) Elect Members of the General Committee,

(f) Elect Adult Team Captains and all Coaches across all age grades.

(g) Consider motions and resolutions properly put before the AGM.

– Any Member wishing to move any resolution at the AGM shall give notice thereof in writing (letter or email) to the Honorary Secretary. This notice must be received by the Honorary Secretary not less than eight days before the meeting (so by 12 midnight on Thursday, 22nd. July).

The Hon Secretary will advise the membership electronically or by letter of any resolutions received no less than 5 days before the AGM (by 12 midnight on Sunday, 25th. July).

The Proposals for membership of The General Committee, Adult and Age Grade Coaches for the 2021/ ’22 season will also be published in advance on our Club website – www.CeggsRugby.ie
