U15 League

Sligo RFC 13 Creggs RFC 10

For the second week in a row Creggs U15’s travelled to Sligo an came away losing by just a single score. Creggs were missing a few this week and the lads who played did very well and they were held up just short on a number of occasions in the second half and almost snatched victory when a run from Aaron Lyons took him well into the Sligo 22″ and Shane Connaughton did very well to support him but the pass just didn’t stick and was knocked on. Creggs tries came from Mark Purcell and Jack Tucker in each half. Creggs next league game and last before Christmas is next Saturday 10th Dec against Claremorris in Dunmore. Training continues Thursday at 7pm.
